How do I subscribe?
On iOS, tap the Subscribe button in the app to purchase through the App Store. On the web, subscription is handled via Stripe. The subscription costs £15/month and unlocks 15 daily missions, crew diaries, and the full story archive.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed through the App Store, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel. If you subscribed via the web, use the Manage Subscription option in your account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
On iOS, open the app and go to your account menu, then tap "Restore purchases". This will check with the App Store for any active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to your account menu, and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes your account and all associated game data. This action cannot be undone.
The app isn't loading or is showing errors.
Make sure you have an active internet connection — Dark Manifold requires online access to play. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us with details of what you see.
I was charged but my subscription isn't active.
On iOS, try tapping "Restore purchases" in the account menu. If that doesn't work, contact us at info@darkmanifold.co.uk with your account email and we'll investigate.
