What We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the game:

• Account: Email address and password (via Supabase Auth) for login.
• Game data: Your ship state, module inventory, mission progress, and story unlocks — stored in our database tied to your account.
• Subscription: If you subscribe, we store your subscription status and payment provider reference (Stripe customer ID, Apple transaction ID, or Google Play order ID). We do not store card numbers or payment details.

What We Don't Collect

• No tracking or analytics.
• No advertising identifiers.
• No location data.
• No contacts, photos, or device data.
• No data shared with third parties for marketing.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU hosted).
• Stripe — web payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Apple — in-app purchase processing (iOS app). See Apple's privacy policy.
• Google — app distribution (Android app via Google Play). See Google's privacy policy.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI narrative generation. Game state is sent to generate encounter text. No personal data is included in AI requests.

Data Retention

Your game data is kept as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all associated data is removed.

Children

Dark Manifold is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us.
